I wasn’t really ready to make a Will when Mary shared with me about Will writing some years ago. Our Professional Will writing service follows all the legal requirements in writing Wills strictly. Fee is subject to 8% GST.

Personal particulars of client (testator);
Revocation clause;
Appointment of up to 3 executors and trustees and up to 2 guardians;
Defining rights and powers of executor and trustee;
Standard provision for real properties, insurance policies and joint accounts and jewelries;
Distribution of residuary estate up to 3 levels of beneficiaries by percentage;
Common disaster clause;
Free translation for non English speaking clients;
Witnessed by 2 of our staff.

Extra Set of Personal Will $50

We provide an extra set of Duplicate Will at a small fee upon request. Fee is subject to 8% GST.

Why is it important to have a EXTRA SET of Will?

The executor is ready to find the Will and perform the execution of the deceased’s Will.

Unfortunately, the executor realizes that he/she does not know where the Will is kept. In this scenario, it is equivalent to NO WILL!

What if the deceased has pre-planned and gotten the Executor an additional set of Duplicate Will and the executor is holding on to this EXTRA SET of WILL, the whole situation changes.

The Executor can now execute the WILL according to the deceased’s instruction LEGALLY.

Hence, the Grant of Probate can be processed faster and translate into cost savings leading to a SMOOTH ASSET DISTRIBUTION.
